Our lovely bride wears a long fitted blue mermaid style dress that compliments the lush earthy greens that covers her tablescape.
Our forest themed look has accents of succulents , peacock feathers, and blue mercury glass. The barked wood containers, driftwood, ferns, and moss add to the woodsy aesthetics of the photo shoot. Instead of a traditional white dress this bride chose blue embrace the dress her mother wore almost 30 years ago for her wedding. The orchids were the first flower she fell in love with on her journey to becoming a floral designer.
To get married with Dilly Lily flowers, surrounded by nature would be a dream come true.
Ally and Ben’s Chicago wedding was filled with love, happiness and peonies! The Dilly Lily had a great time designing and delivering the urban-rustic inspired florals for this fun and elegant wedding at Loft on Lake!
The birch pole Chuppah was lightly decorated with white blooms, seeded eucalyptus and vines trailing loosely across the birch.
Following the wedding trends, Ally chose burlap table runners, mercury vases with soft and romantic vintage florals as her theme.
A lifetime of happiness to the happy couple!
We had a wonderful time working with everyone that made Ali and Ben’s special day perfect!
Dilly Lily had an amazing time at FLEUROTICA2013. There was an abundance of talent this year and we are so grateful that we were among them.
We would like to first and foremost thank our beautiful hosts: Deirdre Koldyke, Shauna Montgomery, and Whitney Lasky, they did a fantastic job! Thank you to the Fleurotica Committee, you did a wonderful job bringing us all together and giving us a platform to be creative. Thank you to the The Garfield Conservatory for providing their benefits, and to Museum of Contemporary Art.
We’ve joined forces once again with David Tutera for a goolish segment on the Steve Harvey Show! This is a peek into what is airing this October just in time for Halloween. The segment was all about spooky glam, it was a great mixture of red candelabras and eek … fake blood! David shared some unique Halloween tips for a villan and vixen party. Be sure to tune in for David’s tips and specialty cocktails to boot!
One of our favorite people Graham Kostic of Glossed and Found visits with Christine Noelle on her deck in Chicago. They drink lemonade and pick flowers from the garden to create a beautiful bridal bouquet. It’s a rather hot day. Watch the how-to here and get in on the fun!
We hope you enjoy this sneak peak of our wedding flowers! However, it is no substitute for what Graham has in store for you in the glossy pages of the next CS Brides Magazine! We are awaiting June with bated breath!
