Let them eat cake! Inspired by Marie Antoinette and the royal decadence of 18th century France, Dilly Lily created a dress fit for a queen. Made of thousands of hand laid rose petals the dress was designed as part of the festivities surrounding Garfield Park Conservatories Centennial Anniversary.

Runway to Retail blogspot was quoted as calling our dress”…the coup de grace” Going on to say…”The model was absolutely regal in the gown, leaving a tiny trail of rose petals in her wake as she walked.”

And we were in great company… Cudos to all the local artesians and shops that participated, the runway was filled with creative inspiration, talent and whimsy. What a great event to be a part of!
